Hi,
I just surfed in from CSICOP. Your site is a terrific discovery. I am a science teacher, Freethinker, and a committed skeptic. I live and work in Lubbock, Texas; the dark heart of the fundanutalist empire. This places me in the front line of the battle against Creationism, superstition, and every related species of unreason and insanity. A poll by the local newspaper here found that something like 60% of our residents favor creationism over evolution. Ritual abuse allegations and conspiracy theories are also very popular in this area. I know a state certified biology teacher who is an ardent creationist. He is also a football coach (I suspect that you're not surprised by this), though not a very successful one.
I write a column, "Post-Rational" for the North Texas Skeptics newsletter. "Post-Rational" lampoons, ridicules, and otherwise abuses and offends non-reasoning humans. You can catch the most recent version, which trashes conspiracy theorists, on the NTS website at:
