I don't know if you can, but as your first duty, could you create a forum called "Fuckwits" for trolls' topics and for those who wish to taunt them, free of any encumbering rules?
I could see the BABB threads residing there as well.
Just my 2 cents Cdn (which is worth nothing outside our borders).

You know, I have been considering such a forum. It could have many names, Recycle Bin, Quarantine Zone, Area 51, SFN Triangle 
But the idea is the same. All the crap that makes it hard to pick through and find real discussion could go there. It's not uncommon at all to have areas like that.

I still have a few moderators to sort out. I just haven't had a chance to set it up yet. I do want to mention that little has needed to be done by moderators because people like Kasey are the exception, not the norm.

Ahhhh, c'mon, Atomic. I like Kasey. He's such a...well, a whatever, that I feel sorry for him in a sadistic sort of way. I kinda hope he sticks around for awhile. Then again, no one ever accused me of sanity!
