When I first saw the title of this thread, lo these many monthe ago, I thought it concerned the morality of God.
Silly me.
Even a casual reading of the of the Bible shows that even a heathen like myself has a higher code of morals and ethetics than the supernatural lunatic described.
A further thought occurs: I also seem to be a lot more honest and ethical than the current crop of Bible-shouters fouling the airwaves and polluting the government. Damn! This country's in bad shape!

Idly flicking through her text-book, entitled "Today's Issues & Christian Beliefs", I found the chapter headed "Morality without God". These are the choices, apparently. Assuming you are not a believer, which one do you conform to?

What about Secular Humanism? Duh. This is an education resource? Unless they intentionally wanted to smear atheism, how could they screw it up so badly? Better not to mention it at all. |

I voted for "Egoism" which to me was the least objectionable in a really stupid list. I would vote for "Individualism" if it were on the list, although it hardly fits with the other choices.
