It's cultural, Snake. We have become lazy, as the Romans did before the fall. however, this should not include all whites. The Scandinavians in paticular seem to value education.
Look what happened to China. Their royalty too, became decadent. Over time, that royality fell to be replaced by the lean and hungry. Thus it has always been. Get us hungry enough to get rid of the foolishness in our school systems and we'll once again become leaders in education.
All things being equal, folks is folks where ever they are.

Here's an idea I've been rattling around in my brain for a while. Never heard anyone say it, never read about it, but then I don't read and I don't have cable TV.

There might be some truth to certain races, or cultures, nationalities or what ever group one wants to isolate, that they are more intelligent.
If education is an important issue to certain groups then they go on to be more knowledgeable and the 'weak' are weeded out and down the line each generation is more intelligent. Am I painting enough of a picture to be understood? And if understood, does it make any sense?
Today I saw a news story about a woman who was arrested for leaving her baby in the car over night while she went in a bar and got drunk. I believe I heard the newscaster say, she said she forgot it was in the car. HUH? I think it's people like that who are the ones having more and more children, left to fend for themselves. The more educated people don't have as many children. Someday.....perhaps soon, the world will be over run by numbskuled idiots and we will go back to the stone age. Do you have your bunker ready?

Oh, my bunker has been ready for a long time and I'm heavly armed. Paranoia is GOOD!
In a way, I agree with you. The idiot-bitch that did that to her child will indeed breed like bacteria. However, her offspring will not be competitive in a world that becomes more and more dependent upon knowledge. Their life spans will be short, confused, and insignificent.
Hard sayin's, yeah. I hate it, but I'll say it. Hey, I remember the time where a man could feed his family quite well working with a pick and shovel. That won't cut it today. Today, the guy's got to know machinery and a lot of machinery is run by computer. If all he has is pick and shovel, he's on starvation wages.
Society evolves, just like anything else. Evolution is not an easy process.
