Wow, you nailed radical Islam on the head and didn't even know it.

Mark 10:27 (NKJV) 27But Jesus looked at them and said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible.”

Hey, the_ignored. A good topic. Let me some give some background. I found this forum by an online search of "Dateline Benny Hinn expose". I was looking for a video copy of the show as I had failed to tape it for a friend who'd asked me to do so. I joined and posted a message and got a quick reply and a copy of the video. Thanks again to that friend. I am a pro Christian, used to be agnostic and the friend is a preacher of Christ. He wanted it as he's studying this false prophet and others like him. My friend has been greatly persecuted within the church, as a pastor and otherwise. He is outspoken about many things. He is unafraid of any controversial subject. He's recognized much error being taught within the American church, resulting in much hypocrisy and shame being brought upon Christ, by many who are professing Christians, but not living the life in reality. So when you go to such forums, remember that simply by labeling your site "Christian" does not mean such virtues are extolled and practiced or that the operators are truly following the Christ. When you do run into a person who seems to be following such virtues, be amazed. They are a rare breed in this country or anywhere. "few there be that find it"

Doomar, a true Scotsman just called. He says he'd like his fallacy back.

Have you ever noticed how many different directions skeptics attack the Bible from? They attack it from as many directions as they can: contradictions in the bible, the absurdity of the Genesis account, the absurdity of miracles, the illogic of 'belief in God', the problem of evil and on and on. Thankfully these days the skeptics publish a lot of information electronically. If all their literary diarrhea was printed on paper I fear there wouldn't be a tree left standing on the planet.

Hey thanks for explaining me. I am a piece of work. :) Not that I know everything of course but I am getting there.

Becky is a complete b*tch. She's is the single biggest hypocrite at Rapture Ready. She preaches one thing, then acts completely opposite. She attacks people due to her weakened ego, then runs from further confrontation and then bans anyone who gets in her way. I was banned once, but got re-instated after the concensus was that she was being unreasonable and self-fulfilling. She's hated me ever since but she can't banish me anymore. I'm protected. But she constantly opens her mouth and then sticks her foot in it. It's quite funny actually. So, everytime she attacks me...I giggle, wave and ignore her. I know she's doing it out of weakness, so I won't humiliate her by further shredding her intellectually. Anyway...that's my opinion about it. The other Admins are pretty cool, but very biased. Actually, the MODERATORS are more even-tempered and better to deal with. Thanks for letting me vent!

Wow, you nailed radical Islam on the head and didn't even know it.

...and what have the Catholics and Protestants been doing in North Ireland these last couple of hundred years? Christians at eachother's throats, even... not just christians against jews, or muslims, or hindus, or native americans (north, south, or middle)

"Knowing everything" is certainly setting the aim high...

You may not believe that, but why take a chance. Be content with your own unbelief, skepticism, etc., but when you actively seek out a weak soul to attempt to drive out their faith in Christ, you cross into territory you ought not to venture in. Keep your rantings confined to the more mature who come to you and you'll be on safer ground.

May I ask why it is unacceptable to bring up a non-christian reponse to a debate or make a point that might sway a converstation? Isn't the point of arguing your viewpoint at least to show others where you are coming from. Also, if their faith is so weak, is it wrong to offer them an alternative. My point has never been to crush someone's faith, but to soundly put forth my opinions and to back them up with facts.
As for being "content" as you put it, isn't that a bit hypocritical? Is it ok for chrisitians to go out, voice their belief in god, seek to spread the gospel, and perhaps convert "lost souls" to the teachings of Jesus? Is it then wrong for someone who doesn't believe in christ or the bible, or god for that matter, to go forth and try to teach others their viewpoint? It just seems to me that you are being hypocrital in this viewpoint. Perhaps you hold that it is wrong for christians to try and push their faith on others who may be weak in their own beliefs, in which case, I apolize for making a rash judegement. However, most christians have no problem "spreading the gospel", so I don't see how it should be wrong for non-christians to do likewise.
