Yeah, that was something of a mistake on my part. He was tough and stringy. The reindeer were pretty good, though.

Waste not, want not.
I still have his giblets in the freezer. I'm gonna throw in some venison and pig's feet, and make souse. With lots of pepper(s) in it.
