Take a look at this news report. Can you say copy-cat? Is this guy insane, he did this to draw attention to some incident more than a decade ago because........ he didn't think people remembered that it happened?

This guy wanted more attention for her, because she was the first Jewish astronaut?, that is insane. I've always hated how people consider meaningless 'firsts', which could almost be considered racism. Once the first person in space is there, all other firsts are almost meaningless. (even though all these early astronauts were all heroes). The first woman, the first african american, the first african-american woman, etc.

In a perfect world maybe, but in this one?. How many people know the name of the first human in space? How many know the name of the first US-citizen in Space?
I think Resnik would have been the first female jewish astronaut, at wich point it gets kind of silly to keep track.
On this guys sanity: While there have been no official statements, everyone appears to agree that he seemed very disturbed and confused.
