Christians are fond of using Jeremiah 31:4 as an indication that the end is at hand. It says, "Again I will build thee, and thou shalt be built, O virgin of Israel..." And yet Amos 5:2 says, "The virgin of Israel is fallen; she shall no more rise: she is forsaken upon her land; there is none to raise her up." It seems that prophecy can easily be fulfilled if you simply foretell opposites. Or am I just Text-proofing?

Personally, I'm kind of curious as to how one would go about building a virgin.

Mistakes are a part of being human. Appreciate your mistakes for what they are: precious life lessons that can only be learned the hard way. Unless it's a fatal mistake, which, at least, others can learn from.
