Snake, could you come up with a few more cliches? I needed a good laugh this morning. Thanks.

I DIDN't say it. That's what I heard the radio commentator say, that's what the protest was about.

OK, I see. You are saying that the rich are not getting richer and the poor are not getting poorer and everything from that point on is yours. Is that correct? I'm still laughing....

Ok, sit down and stop smoking whatever it is you are smoking. Listen! I did not make any personal statement about the rich OR the poor in this folder. I was explaining what the protestor was quoteded as saying.
If that doesn't make things clear for you, don't ask again.
Thank you. And I'm so happy one can find humor everywhere. That's what I like to do too.

I just wish we could end all of this crap on the sporting field. At least when Shane Warne got done for illegal drug taking it took the war of the front pages....

I'm sorry to the Americans who would have absolutely no idea (or probably care) who Shane Warne is. It's that game of cricket which no one in the states gives a rats about.

No, those are my thoughts, and comments to what the protestor was doing.
You didn't put that (part of my post) into quotes. So it wasn't clear that that is what you were talking about. But it is a misquote for you to say that I said 'the rich are not getting richer, etc., etc.'
Because that is not what I said nor meant.
However, if you want a comment on the rich and poor growing farther apart:
I don't think it is the case.
Here's ONE example:
The 'rich' probably lost much money in the stock market, while the so called poor were still getting wellfare. I have no, statistics, that's only an observation but seems logical to me.

Hey when I was in London I watched quite a bit of cricket on the tele. Despite the fact that I didn't understand the rules I found the game to be quite enjoyable, more so than soccer. I am however a sports fanatic and find things like ping pong enjoyable as well.

LOL, my thread has been hijacked and I joined in :>. No apology needed. I dunno about Mr. Rodgers being a cricket player, that would be something maybe worth finding out.

That's fine. You can smugly laugh all you want now but when 'they come for you' I'll try not to be so unfeeling while laughing at you.
