Calm down Slater! My first post on this topic was not intended as a reply to you or anyone else, but was rather my initial observations on this issue. If I worded my post poorly, so as to lead you to believe that I was maliciously misrepresenting your position, I humbly apologize. I would never intentionally spark a disagreement with you for the following reasons:

1) Your knowledge and reasoning abilities, presently and perhaps indefinitely, are far more advanced than mine (no sarcasm intented). I would be foolish to spar with someone so completely out of my league as yourself. (I have seen that this does not stop some fools from trying).

2) I agree with 95% of what you say in the forum anyway. With regards to the remaining 5%, you have often turned me around on many issues which I had not given careful consideration. The remainder I regard as simply a matter of opinion.

You have nearly reached hero status in my eyes for the way in which you skillfully take on the cretinist trolls and other shitheads on these pages. I have learned a great deal from reading your posts. The terse and somewhat brusque tone of your responses to me on this topic, however, make me feel that you are attempting to put me in my place. I'm not saying that this is not sometimes necessary (and maybe I'm over-reacting) but don't break my heart, man (big grin--where are the damn smilies?)

My final word on yoga: Could I perhaps find another manner of gaining strength, balance, flexibility, lung capacity and peace of mind which does not involve the occasional trip to loopy land? Quite possibly. However, spending 90 minutes getting sweaty with a room full of trim, limber women is a damn fine way to start the day (once again, big grin and evil smilie).

My goodness, flattery will get you anywhere.
But we weren't talking about yoga. This was about the benifits,or lack there of, of the constant repeating of one thought (or none at all) and the repeating of one phrase
