Reprimands and Consequences
It would seem that there is very little liberty at Liberty. Some lowlights:
Missing 3 religious services in a row, involvement with witchcraft, and shacking up in a motel room all rate the same penalty as sexual assault, and a worse one than vandalism.
Participation in an "unauthorized demonstration" is the same as watching porn. (I wonder if a pro-porn demonstration would rate a double penalty.)

WTF??!!
Assault/sexual assault (minimum two (2) semesters out)
Commission/conviction of any felony
Unauthorized possession/use of weapons
has the same penatly as DRINKING??!! Could somebody tell those people what the hell jesus turned the water into at the Canaan wedding? Besides, the bible doesn't forbid drinking, just getting drunk!
Then, there's this:
Association with those consuming alcohol has the same penatly as:
Racial harassment
Sexual harassment (i.e., unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors or other conduct or comments of a sexual nature)
Sexual misconduct and/or any state of undress
Threat to do bodily harm
Vandalism (plus financial restitution)

Hmm. Sounds like Jerry is the single parent of teen-age daughters and finally flipped out. If so, I can sort'a understand (been there, done that, and didn't even get a lousy tee shirt).
The truly sad part is that these kids, almost without exception, will end up as poorly educated and possibly as wacky as himself.

Hey I just noticed something:
Spending the night with a person of the opposite sex
Two or more individuals of the opposite sex together in motel room
Visiting bedroom of the opposite sex on/off campus or allowing the same
Students of the opposite sex visiting alone at an off-campus residence
Visiting residence lobby or entryway of opposite sex on campus or allowing the same
Does this mean that Liberty U condones homosexual sex? I see nothing forbidding it. Of course it could fall under the vague catch all Immorality or Sexual misconduct and/or any state of undress

(hehehe), I wonder what the punishment for showing up at the infirmery with a dose of (ahem) 'papillion de amour' might be. I can almost hear it now:
"But I must'a got them off a toilet seat at the movies!"

Liberty U. teaching young men and women conformity to the status quo, unquestioned obedience to authority and strict adherence to a twisted code of morality...
Check out the 'Community Living' page, then Demonstrations, Petitions and Picketing, Distribution of Literature, Entertainment, Vacations and Student Employment. Iranian universities seem near moderate, now.
My favorites are the dress codes. "Hair and clothing styles related to a counterculture (as determined by the Deans' Review Committee) are not acceptable." Plus, the women's dress code page links us to this little off site page which describes how women should dress, act and how to maintain proper appearance.

They get fined and reprimanded for viewing any movies that are rated: "R," "NC-17" or "X" - so I guess the "Harry Potter" films are OK for them to see huh? 
Oh, I forgot - Fallwell's students probably would be scolded or get fined for reading Harry Potter, or seeing the movies, being as Harry attended a rival school. 
(I think Harry's school, despite its equally strict rules, would be much more fun.)

Well Ignored, the answer should be obvious.
Threaten bodily and sexual harm to the opposite sex of a racial minority, while you are naked and masturbating with a bottle of Jim Beam in your other hand as you trash the apartment you're in.
