It was one year ago today that the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issued its controversial ruling in the case of Newdow v. U.S. Congress: the Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional.

Wow, it's been a year already! I wonder how much longer this will stay in the courts. Anyway, this case does show how little most Americans know about their Constitution, including our judges and politicians!
