Heads up on rerun of Austin City Limits going on real soon, perhaps this week, at your local PBS station.

"We are all connected; to each other biologically, to the earth chemically, to the rest of the universe atomically."

"So you're made of detritus [from exploded stars]. Get over it. Or better yet, celebrate it. After all, what nobler thought can one cherish than that the universe lives within us all?"
-Neil DeGrasse Tyson

Oh, dear, I am one of those "nerds" who seldom watches television, except for the news. (No extra time!)

I thought nerds were the ones who do watch PBS.

And I've been looking in my TV guide but didn't see the listing. Although they get about 1/4 of the programs wrong, 1/2 the time.
Can't tell you how many times I got set to watch a good movie they had listed and it turns out to be something else, and the other 1/2 of the time there's a movie I would have wanted to see and only find out it's 1/2 over when I turn the TV on to watch something else.
Daily News in the Valley, are you listening?
Thanks anyway Randy.
BTW, was it on yet? Did you see it? PBS usualy repetes programs, so I hope I get a chance to see it sometime.

LOL, PS.....after I closed this page I realized, the TV is on PBS as I'm typing, they are having their pledge drive now, here on KCET.

I am a very nerdy nerd, because I read a lot. Television bores me out of my skull. I do not have cable (although a long, long time ago I had all of the channels and found I was seldom watching any of them, finally coming to the conclusion that paying for something I seldom used was ridiculous).

I am not easily entertained!

Pity!

I am.
But then I have the mind of a 10 year old.

I don't read...at all. What a pair we'd make.

BTW, The world is such a wonder, how could one not be entertained?
