Yes, as I recall, that used to be the literal meaning, but something seems to have gone amiss in the translation. I think now that it really means, "Good shit is being grown in Siberia by the Discovery Institute!"  , would they, in the spirit of international cooperation, share it, I wonder?
Probably not. Anyway, how else would one explain multi-million year, carbon dates? C-14 is only reliable for something like 50K, at best.
