A warrant for Michael Jackson's arrest has been filed. His lawyer is working out a surrender agreement.
He's being charged under Section 288 of the California Penal Code (child molestation).

Hm. I think he's past due -- even without the molestation charges, he is one sick puppy. The documentary on him left me feeling slightly queasy. I can't understand why he made such a thing. It certainly did nothing to salvage a sinking reputation.
I have only recently aquired a working toob. Aparently, I got it at the wrong time; the coverage on this will be super-redundant. Interviews with involved professionals and ill-informed idiots, pro and con, will be endless. Pontifications from my son-in-law are already boring me to distraction, and unlike the television set, I can't switch the fucker off.
Worked carefully, it will also provide a nice distraction from the trivals of W, for those of us with a diminished attention span.
Anybody wanna buy a cheap TV?

The latest in a long line of sad goings on for this fella.....
We were discussing this last night over a few drinks....we came to the conclusion that part of this guys problem is that he never had a "normal" childhood.
This still does NOT condone the molestation of a child...or any human young or old for that matter.
Innocent 'till proven guilty, but with the past out of court settlement, it does not bode well for Wacko Jacko |
Mistakes are a part of being human. Appreciate your mistakes for what they are: precious life lessons that can only be learned the hard way. Unless it's a fatal mistake, which, at least, others can learn from.

You're talking about the Bashir one right? Apparently some of his comments were taken out of context and he was basically 'set up'. I think he tried to take legal action after seeing the docu, but I doubt it went anywhere. |
What are you looking at? Haven't you ever seen a pink shirt before?

Has anyone asked what the heck was up with these parents? Look, I don't have kids, but if I did, and someone they hung around with was accused of child molestation, I may turn a skeptical eye toward that friendship. But these people? Nooooo, let the kid have a sleepover. While I'll agree MJ is weirdness personified, and I'd never let anyone I know under the age of say, 30, near him, this whole thing reeks of money. |

My wife and I are of the opinion that the parents pimped the kid. That's the only reason that I can think of why anyone would let their children spend a lot of time unsupervised with Michael Jackson post 1993. |

Soooo, what to believe?

After all, the guy is an a very easy target and he's been known to simply pay off rather than go to court.
I dunno.
