Reverend Fred Phelps of GodHatesFags.com will appear on the InfidelGuy internet radio show to discuss his efforts and ministry.

02/06/04 at 8 PM EST. You can call 1-888-503-0802 during the show and ask Fred questions.

For more info or to listen to it, go here: http://www.infidelguy.com/

Mr. Finley (InfidelGuy) is a lifetime activist, humanist and atheist. He will challenge Fred Phelps on his position of hatred and discrimination. Mr. Finley's primary method is to utilize "The Socratic Method of Argumentation/Dialogue." It's a method of asking a series of questions in the hopes that the claimant will be lead to unexpected insight about a particular dogma.

This should be quite interesting especially with the lastest Massachusetts Supreme Court ruling on gay marriage: http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/ap/20040204/ap_on_re_us/gay_marriage_7

Just had to add, Reg is also one of the nicest guys IMO and highly intelligent.
Sorry I won't be able to hear that debate. Hope from your post more people will find about that website and continue to tune in for other shows too.

Interesting news story about Phelps and his ilk trying to put anti-gay monuments up where there are already ten commandment monuments: http://www.abcnews.go.com/sections/US/WorldNewsTonight/ten_commandments_040205-1.html

Why does this not surprise me. Though, it may have an unintented benefit for those of us who don't think the gov should display the ten in a publicly funded location in any case. Phelps is one sick bastard in any case.

They (Women Marines) don't have a nickname, and they don't need one. They get their basic training in a Marine atmosphere, at a Marine Post. They inherit the traditions of the Marines. They are Marines.
