Hi, nice to meet you all!
I'm Tom. And I've just joined. I found the forum whilst looking for material about the madness of creationists (and, boy, are they mad!). And you all looked friendly, so, here I am!
In addition to being an atheist and skeptic based in the UK, I also run a personal weblog and another weblog called quackblog (to poke holes in the nonsensical ideas of 'alternative medicine'). I also attend the meetings of my local secular society, and am a huge fan of people like Dawkins and James Randi (I'm trying to get hold of some of his books).
Again, nice to meet you all. [Cleaned up link coding - Dave W.]

Hope you enjoy the site |

Well, so as to not be left out: Welcome, Tom!
Hey, I think in your blogs, you ought to tell us what you really think, and not hold back. |

Hmmmmm. UK-based skeptic, eh? Hmmmmmm. Sorry if I seem to sound a wee bit skeptical. Hmmmmm.
Would welcome you to this CyberCommunity, as have the others, but am not sure that I am a community-member; was never welcomed here, myself, and so am skeptical about my community membership. Hmmmmm.

Hi, Well, I thought I'd add to this thread rather than start a new one, just to introduce myself. I am another UK based sceptic, and found out asbout this board from Randi's board. I tend to read more than post, so I am looking forward to going through the site and finding out what everyone is like. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you do say may be used against you Rat |

Hi Rat! Glad to have you here.
The British population is increasing rapidly, here in our little coven of semi-sanity, or so it would seem. Don't be shy; if you have something that might add to or shoot down the conversation, put the card in play.
Welcome!

Welcome!
Hmmmmm. I've heard that they "breed like rats" over in "PommyLundt" but this is the first time I've heard a Brit actually admit it. Hmmmmm. Look what a few years with Blair will do!
Thanks for the Welcome, filthy. |
