"OP" means "Original Post," which is the one which starts a thread. It can also mean "Original Poster," meaning the person who wrote the original post, but you can usually figure out which 'OP' refers to through the context it's used in.
Welcome, by the way, to the SFN!
In Rome (at least), if I'm not mistaken, our regular Wednesday chats will actually take start at 5 in the morning on Thursdays. I am perhaps off by an hour or so, one way or another. One way to be sure: on the SFN Home Page, at the bottom of the box marked "Menu" (on the left side), when "Server Time" hits 19:00:00 on Thursday mornings (for you), it's time to chat. |
