It will be interesting to find out more about Saturn's rings and makeup. And the pictures will be beautiful.

I've only begun to fully appreciate the cosmetology of science, although satellite photos of celestial bodies have always been fascinating. I wonder what NASA will find?
I wonder how far off in the future it will be when we can send satellites to orbit planets in other solar systems. Perhaps we'll find "life." One thing is for sure, if this were to happen, our technology will have to advance by thousands of years. I don't think I'll live that long. |

We have the technology to send a robotic mission to the nearest stars, it would just take a LONG (4-5 years to centari-proxima, I think, if you can accelerate the craft to almost lightspeed. Longer is your moving slower, and if you rev up that fast you'll need to be able to decel at the other end of the trip) time for them to get there, not to mention a much bigger rocket than required for sending stuff to our own solar system. |

Wow is right! Saturn has always amazed me.
And then later, Huygens lands on Titan. (I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we'll get good pictures from the surface!) |

That's something I'm looking forward to as well. And of course more detailed images of the rings. |
