has any one noticed how most tv evangelists have the strangest hair-dos? benny hinn, jan crouch are quite noteworthy in this regard. they also wear very garish clothing. they all look like really low class con artists who just won the lottery.

why do people give them money? i try to listen to benny hinn or paul crouch or any one on tbn but they all sound totally incoherent. i cannot for the life of me figure out what they are trying to say, except we want your money.

if jesus came back tomorrow,
there's just one thing i want to know,
would he wear a rolex
on his television show?

I think that a large proportion of people give them money because they are convincing to some people. Some folks are impressed by Rolexs' & garish clothing. Also, I think that some elderly people who have'nt thought much about God all their lives are starting to think about him in their later years. Perhaps a little money to that nice clean cut man or nice couple on TV is their way of paying off their guilt from a life of spiritual neglect.

This is a classic case of science when it suits them. They are perfectly happy to accept television technology the internet and all the latest mod cons. Yet they debunk evolution
