Does anyone know if it's true or not that Benjamin Franklin once said, "beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy?" |

Id like to challenge the Beer has never started a war claim, it seems to me that alcohol is the likely #2 cause behind religion. |

It certainly seems that way Dave. All sources I can find say he did. Unless it is some widely spreaded myth like we only use 10% of our brains...
