In my family, we sort of take turns cooking for this, my favorite holiday. This year, it's my elder daughter's turn and it's my understanding that she's going to go traditional with a couple of turkeys done on a gas grill. Last year, I roasted two pork loins with veggies on that same, excellent cooker. It's a homemade one and an entire hog can be accomadated, if called for.

I have a tape of the latest Harry Potter flick and we'll watch that whilst mildly overindulging in alcohol, after dinner. The weather promises to be fine and the younger grandkids will be able to riot outside if they wish (and they will wish it!).

Here's hoping that everbody's Thanksgiving will be at least as pleasureable as mine is shaping up to be.

Right back atchya!
There's no such tradition here, sadly enough... meanwhile I'm typing from college's lab, from the middle of a programming class I'm happily ignoring. Yay.
