Chat Summary:
Members present: Dr. Mabuse, Kil, Siberia, the_ignored, Filthy (incognito), Storm, and Ricky. For a moment, someone we thought to be latinijral blinked past, but disappeared quickly. So did satans_mom.
we started off by talking music and Dr. Mabuse's crashed HDD. Dr. Mabuse had some weird tracks where someone had sampled cats mewing, then fed it into a synthesizer and then recorded Christmas songs with it. Ricky thought it very weird to hear cats meow-meow-meowing "Silent Night"
We talked about Siberia's operation and we shared experiences of puking after waking up from sedation (or drinking streak). It was at this point I think latinijral (or was it satans_mom) dropped in, but was probably scared away by our disgusting subject.
There was also talk about False Memory Syndrome, and the complexity of memories in general. And how our perception colours the memory. From here the discussion slipped into the subject of ghost. There was a consensus that "Ghosts are in the mind of the beholder", however, there was no agreement as to what caused a person to perceive the ghost. Mabuse and Filthy agreed that it was a trick of the mind, whereas Storm though it was caused by external influence such as energy left over from different events. (did I get that right storm?) |

Indeed. We talked about the Swedish game NeoBunnies, where Bunnies and Mutant Bunnies fight for the dominion of the little clearing in the dark Troll Forest. Once a bunny eats enough radioactive carrots they mutate into one of these bunnies. Notice especially that Assault Bunny is a fan of our moderator Kil, as it is written on the bunny's t-shirt. |
