I just saw this site, which presents the Bible via an, uh, interesting medium. It's tempting to think that there's a joke or something going on, but I thnk that the guy who does this all is serious. Somewhat. Well, not really-- but I don't think he's mocking the Bible. But perhaps a bit more reading will reveal more...

I think the guy is seriously writing children's books. Of course it's the Sunday school version.
The Garden of Eden is pretty cool. I wonder if I have enough flowers in my lego sets to make one. |

I only went through a little of it -- the man's got a hell of a lot of work in that! :admiration:
I think he's dead serious, but doesn't let it get in the way of a slightly skewed sense of humor.
I'll get into it deeper a little later.

Oh, man! That site is great! The growing pile of foreskins next to Joshua was hilarious!

Indeed!
If he ever does, I hope it's in the arts. He's just too damn' good to become a the souless, corporate drone.

That satire site has been around for a number of years. Started out quite small. Been adding and adding all along....take an idea and run with it. Skeptics Annotated Bible, http://skepticsannotatedbible.com/gen/1.html added links to the Brick through out their site a year or two ago. |

OK, after much more surfing of the home page and more of the Books, I withdraw my hasty and incorrect first impression.
It's great. I look forward to more reading. |
