Last couple of weeks Cune had problems. Now it's my turn.

The home puter is having serious problems. I have tried a full system restore. (I'd love to kick the butt of the guy who thought tattooing the OS setup on the motherboard was a good idea about now.) Not the (insert expectitive here) thing doesn't boot, I can't restore, when I was able to two days ago it complained about some mysterious code purple problem. (Internet searching reveals some sort of motherboard failure.) And on top of that, the PC won't power down anymore. It goes into a stand-by mode.

I hate computers about now. The missus seems to think that standing over me and asking how much it will cost will help.

The wear of my faulty hip-joint recently got worse.
My automatic repair system is working full time to compensate, but only with limited success. In order to speed up the repairs, I'm running on low power mode. (I'm on sick-leave for my hip)
This means I'm partially reverted to daylight online-time.

It's most unlikely I'll attend the chat this evening.
