Hmmm ... there's a rather controversial phenomenon called global dimming that is already occurring. Apparently it's actually counteracting some of the effects of global warming (so we're not heating up as fast as we could be). Shouldn't we stop messing around with the environment so much? Or perhaps we are already at a point of no return? :-?

Climate change is inevitable. I just thought it was interesting that we might be able to someday control it enough so we continue to thrive.
