The eminent domain ruling struck me as odd... in that it was the moderate and liberal members voting for it. It seems crazy to me that any judge would rule, especially liberal judges, in favor of siezure of private property by the government for use by other private businesses.

Ever been to New Jersey. That place is run by Democrats. And, full of corporate thuggary. It is the same mindset I have to assume. Now, don't ask me where it comes from, it makes little sense.
Then again, neither side of the isle makes much sense really, when you take a look at it.
The big question I have is, what was the justification. I need to go find the actual transcript of the ruling and read it. |
