It looks like Hoaxland is just trying to get lucky at the expense of the people of Washington D.C. If there is no attack, his warning is forgotten; if he does happen to get a random hit, or anything remotely like one, he will be on Larry King, every talk show in America will be beating at his door; and his multi-million dollar crank empire will expand exponentially.
I was intrigued by this link and comment at the bottom of the page:

I think the only constellation that is lining up is Pegasus Sphinctor.

Which reminds me of another burning question... why was there no Sailor Uranus?

Oh Hook, that was Baaaaaaaaaaaad.

Hoagland is a loop. No question. If he does get *lucky* can we ban him anyway? Or maybe he'll come under real close scrutiny.
