It's Monday, it's raining, I'm running in overdrive, I can't think, so HELP!

ok, beat me upside down. It figures. Knew it was one of the so damned obvious you can't see it things. My boss thinks this kind of thing is fun. His way of making sure we're awake. |

RTS works well, if it must be 3 letters and you take the "is to" part to have two meanings...
Also could be valid...
