Nostradamus is one of the most famous Psychic visionaries who made many prophecies for the current times. One of his most famous prophecies was concerning events on a specific date, July 1999. Here is a good article about Nostradamus-

When reading centuries X
quote:

X 55
The unfortunate nuptials will be celebrated
In great joy but the end unhappy:
Husband and mother will slight the daughter-in-law,
The Apollo dead and the daughter-in-law more pitifu

X 56
The royal prelate his bowing too low,
A great flow of blood will come out of his mouth:
The Anglican realm a realm pulled out of danger,
For long dead as a stump alive in Tunis.

57
The uplifted one will not know his scepter,
He will disgrace the young children of the greatest ones:

X 58
In the time of mourning the feline monarch
Will make war upon the young Macedonian:
Gaul to shake, the bark to be in jeopardy,
Marseilles to be tried in the West a talk.
I can only think

I weep for Nice, Monaco, Pisa, Genoa,
Savona, Siena, Capua, Modena, Malta:
For the above blood and sword for a New Year's gift,
Fire, the earth will tremble, water an unhappy reluctance.

X 62
Near "Sorbia" to assail Hungary,
The herald of "Brudes" (dark ones?) will come to warn them:
Byzantine chief, Salona of Slavonia,
I can only think

BUt here's the specific ones. 1999

July 1999
quote:

X 72

The year 1999, seventh month,
From the sky will come a great King of Terror:
To bring back to life the great King of the Mongols,
Before and after Mars to reign by good luck.

X 73

The present time together with the past
Will be judged by the great Joker:
The world too late will be tired of him,

X 74

The year of the great seventh number accomplished,
It will appear at the time of the games of slaughter:
Not far from the great millennial age,

X 75

Long awaited he will never return
In Europe, he will appear in Asia:
One of the league issued from the great Hermes,
And he will grow over all the Kings of the East.

X 76

The great Senate will ordain the triumph
For one who afterwards will be vanquished, driven out:
At the sound of the trumpet of his adherents there will be
Put up for sale their possessions, enemies expelled.

X 77

Banished, their possessions given their adversaries:
All their benefits will be taken as misdeeds,
Fleet dispersed, delivered to the Corsairs."
It is the correct interpretation

Michael d'Notradame was a remarkable man and I find it sad that he is best known for his wretched Centuries. They are the sort of cunning gibberish that can be made to mean anything wanted. I've read a translation. It made me seasick...

During the Plague, d'Notradame worked like a dog as a physisan aiding the victims of it. He lost his family to Yersina pestis.

Due to his various activities, prophecy and 'magics', he ultimatly ran afoul of the Church -- easy enough to do -- and, having lost favor with the French court, he was forced to flee. After the heat was off, he the spent remainder of his life casting horoscopes for the wealthy. Again, sad...

Interpreting this silly stuff is easy! (Example):

X 77

"Banished, their possessions given their adversaries:
All their benefits will be taken as misdeeds,
Fleet dispersed, delivered to the Corsairs."

This is obviously a reference to aviation history and the U.S. Navy in WWII.
The Douglas DC 4E (a possession of the USA) was sold to Japan before the war. ("...given their adversaries"). The Japanese tried to develop it into a strategic bomber but is was better suited as a airline. However, they learned a lot about advanced aircraft construction from it.
So the monetary ("benefit") of selling this plane to pre-war Imperial Japan was taken later ("as misdeeds").
After the war started, what remained of the US fleet was ("dispersed") from Pearl Harbor, but later the U.S. Navy got ("the Corsairs") which were outstanding fighter planes.

Diversity, independence, innovation and imagination are progressive concepts ultimately alien to the conservative mind.

"TAX AND SPEND" IS GOOD! (TAX: Wealthy corporations who won't go poor even after taxes. SPEND: On public works programs, education, the environment, improvements.)
