Don't blame it all on kitty.

Thank you beskeptigal for pointing out the pre-natal connection. I was beginning to worry about what cleaning out the litter box was doing to me. As I understand it these parasites are probably harmless to non-pregnant humans.

Schizophrenia has also been correlated with a pregnancies during a couple of Famines - The one in Holland near the end of WW2 when the Nazis removed all the food the could find before they left and One in China (I don't remeber when it was - probably during the "Great Leap Forward").

I remember seeing a picture of formation of Allied bombers dropping boxes of food over Dutch city. It looked very surreal but it was certainly better than bombs.
