I'm a bit perturbed by Cesear Bushtus also, Valiant, but the smoke is still rising from Ground Zero. I'm willing to give him until congressional elections in 2002 before I show my fangs.

Forgive me if I'm a little more wary after the whole 'Patriot Act' debacle.

You're forgiven, Dreamer  . There are words and there are deeds. Words attract my attention, but it's the deeds that swing me into action. I'm casting a wary eye, also.
Quite frankly, it's the troika of Bush, Ashcroft and Rumsfeld that has me nervous. I haven't quite figured out what Rice's hawk / dove ratio is yet. But whatever Bush Warmongers Inc. is going to do, it will have to be before elections in 2002. A return to economic prosperity will definetly put the kybash on further military adventurism. And that SHOULD (*fingers crossed*) also put the brakes on Constitutional abuses.
