Sorry about the hassles but there was nothing I could do but move SFN. Things could be interesting for a couple weeks as our domain name transfers but after that all should be well.
I don't know about the rest of you but things seem faster already.

If I were to bookmark this replacement site, would it work as SFN when everything else catches up?

Yes, a new bookmark will work just fine. The domain change is already occurring. Everyone should be able to reach here normally within a day or 2.

I just reached the site via the old bookmark...so it seems that things are back to normal.
And not a moment too soon, to combat my SFN withdrawal symptoms.
