New Monkey
quote:
Dr. Robert Wallace first discovered an unidentified titi monkey during wildlife surveys at a location on the edge on the Madidi protected area. Following further observations at additional sites, Wallace was convinced that the Madidi titi monkeys deserved more research attention.

I haven't ever heard of a titi monkey but apparently there are about 30 species of tities (that can't possibly be the plural) in South America.

If I knew then what I know now then I would know more now than I know.

There is a beach (nudist, alledgedly) just south of Whangarei on the North Island of New Zealand bearing the Maori name "Uretiti". How apt.

METHINKS IT IS LIKE A WEASEL
It's a small, off-duty czechoslovakian traffic warden!

"Monkey killing monkey killing monkey over pieces of the ground.
Silly monkeys give them thumbs they make a club,
And beat their brother down.
How they survive so misguided is a mystery.
Repugnant is a creature who would squander the ability,
To lift an eye to heaven, conscious of his fleeting time here.

Fight over the clouds, over wind, over sky
Fight over your lie, over blood, over anything
Fight over love, over sun, over nothing
Fight till they die,
(Ahhh!) over what? for their ending."
