This is a rather "mature-content" video, so I don't recommend it to youngsters.

Fantastic.

That was great!

For those that haven't seen it yet, don't stop at the intro, (funny but doesn't reflect what follows). The good stuff comes after.

Thanks for the feedback, people. My daughter had sent me the link. I'm glad others liked it, too.

Despite the very serious nature of the subject of the musical skit, I found myself grinning throughout -- probably due to the big guy's infectious grin. (B., have there been epidemiological studies done on contagious smiling and laughter?)

Great video. Really plays on the hypocrisy of gas-guzzilin' SUV's and the like with the little yellow ribbons.
The group plays here in Austin quite frequently.

Reminds me of John Prine's song "Your Flag Decal Won't Get You Into Heaven Anymore".
http://www.jpshrine.org/lyrics/songs/jpflagdecal.html

"We are all connected; to each other biologically, to the earth chemically, to the rest of the universe atomically."

"So you're made of detritus [from exploded stars]. Get over it. Or better yet, celebrate it. After all, what nobler thought can one cherish than that the universe lives within us all?"
-Neil DeGrasse Tyson

It's already over crowded from your dirty little war...

Love John Prine.

Was privileged to see the Asylum Street Spankers last spring on tour. They put on one of the best concerts I've ever seen. Their political parodies are funny but their overall range of styles and musical abilities as a group is beyond belief. Yhey sang and played everything from from gospel to rap (with a bandsaw no less) to classic rock to blues/jazz and did it all extremely well.

Those who danced were thought quite insane by those who could not hear the music.
