Everybody should see what the Iraq war is about.

"I've believed for many years now, that journalism, particularly television journalism, by its failure to show the real horror of war, has become a lethal weapon, supporting governments that want to go to war."

Isn't it odd that war is thought of as a glorious undertaking -- right up until one sees it first hand.

Isn't it odd that the majority of those who push eagerly for war, who trumpet of sacrifice and honor in battle, have never been in one.

Odd, is it not, that both sides claim the favor of God.

Oh yes, glorious war! Spectacular isn't it? So romantic, so uplifting, so patriotic. I saw enough stuff like this in Central America to last a lifetime.

Isn't it great when we can take another human being and turn him into a piece of rotting meat and call it victory in the name of our chosen deity?
