Famed mathematician/adventurer escapes traitorous guides, angry YECs

Lalaland, California, December 30, 2006 (MP) -- Professor Bill Dembski had just completed writing additional chapters for his epic book, Apocalypse for Darwinists, and was drinking iced tea in a Fort Worth cafe. Two drinking companions told Dembski about a "book of arcane power" secreted within a hidden library in the creepy mansion of nutty recluse billionaire Howard Ahmanson, Jr. in Southern California.

Dembski related, "I was feeling very relaxed and adventurous. So I told them, 'Hey, I'm sick of having to write crap. What the Hell, let's get this thing.'"

Bill Dembski makes off with evil tome.

Dembski managed to avoid elaborate mechanical traps, as well as the betrayal of his guides, and retrieved the book. He later described the book as "An ugly, Satanic thing, probably written by some Mad Arab and given to Ahmanson by R. J. Rushdoony on his deathbed, in exchange for Ahmanson's soul. The local YECs certainly didn't write it. I shall use it to evoke the Elder Gods, and seize control of the Discovery Institute."

After escaping Ahmanson's mansion, Dembski was chased by local YECs, but managed to climb aboard his float plane and took off just in time. The YECs later told reporters they were angry about the lack of mention they had been given in Apocalypse for Darwinists.

Some may notice that I am an environmentalist, and take recycling very seriously. Reuse your bits whenever possible. You never know when we may run out of 'em.
