This is just filler text for formatting purposes. Nothing to see here, people. Now, move it along. Do I have to use my nightstick on you? Move it!

Has anyone other than an IDiot called Dembski the Newton of Information Theory - Just curious

Whenever I hear him called that that I am reminded of scene from "The Housesitter" where Steve Martin tells Goldie Hawn she is "the Earnest Hemingway of bullshit".

I have called Dembski that, though only in jest. (Yeah, and I'm the Richard Nixon of parody Photoshopping.)

I don't think anyone else ever has, particularly other mathematicians. I think it's a pretty hilarious description. "Research professor" at a second-rate Bible school which doesn't seem to offer any science courses. More like an excuse to support his ID "work" (read: propaganda). The only thing Newton-like about Dembski is his degenerate slide into mysticism. And at least Newton did some real work, first.

Bill may have a singing voice like Wayne Newton, for all I know.
