It would seem that the most sincere pumpkin patch is right next door to Halfmooner. Could it be that Linus has been looking in the wrong places all these years?
Or was it all just a continous but unsuccessful ploy to get it on with the blond chick?

Well, I'm no longer in Pumpkintown, but living in San Leandro. The pumpkins sold in Half Moon Bay during the Fall are almost all from several counties away, as few are grown commercially in HMB any more. Also, the winners (nowadays, huge, misshapen and flattened, pale monsters that look like beached and bleached whales) are usually from out of state.
But whatever you think I did, Fil, I'll take credit for it, thanks!

Well, no doubt about it; it is a sincere pumpkin patch despite the grotesque squash they haul in on over-loaded pickups. It is my understanding that none of these are fit to eat.
Oh, I'm sure that you must have done something and are deserving of all credit (or blame) for it.
