It seems that our friend Sam'l J. Wurzelbacher is muttering ominously about running for Congress. Joe Wurzelbacher, a.k.a. "Joe the Plumber," said Friday he may consider running for Congress in 2010, challenging longtime Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D) in the Toledo-area district.
"I'll tell you what, we'd definitely be in one heck of a fight," Wurzelbacher said during an appearance on the Laura Ingraham show Friday, "but, you know, I'd be up for it."

Lessee now, he's in the back-taxes tank for some $1,200 and is driving illegally due to a suspended, Arizona drivers license -- he'd not payed some court fines that, to the best of my knowledge, are still owed. He's also plumbing sans license and is suspected (as yet unconfirmed) of being a McCain plant.
He can't even run his own life and now he's thinking about running ours? Oh, please!

Unless there is election fraud on a pretty massive scale, or an act of some deranged god or other, the 'Publican Party's aspirations are on their way down the slippery, ol' drain, pun intentional, and will be for some time to come. Maybe "Joe" should wait. He would be a fine VP running mate for Palin in 2012...
