Unless the issue of vaccinations comes up in the film, I don't see why a talented actor's silly opinions should impact one's enjoyment of the performance. I love Jim Carrey's comedy and acting style.
There's many Tom Cruise films I've liked despite the fact that he's into Scientology. Ditto for John Travolta.

On the other hand, if said actor is financing something harmful like anti-vaccinations with money earned from being in a film that you paid to see.... It's sticky.
