It's another of those pointless surveys that are scarcely relevant of anything but that everyone loves to follow, anyway. Sometimes the intellectually misguided try to support a point with one, making themselves look even sillier than their argument.
Anyhow, this one's worth a read & a chuckle. So: You Might Be a Liberal If....

I have read before, I think it was in American Scientist, about the genetic differences between conservative and liberals.
I still am not really convinced. |
Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there – on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. You may be a liberal if...you're up all night. 28% of liberals have insomnia, compared with 16% of conservatives. |
Yeah, that's the downside of having a social conscience. |
Uncertainty may make you uncomfortable. Certainty makes you ridiculous.
Why not question something for a change?
