An interesting, but not well reported, court decision occurred recently.
Personally, I think the SCOTUS got it wrong.

I agree. While the case for malpractice was obvious and correct, going after the drug company makes no sense. |
Uncertainty may make you uncomfortable. Certainty makes you ridiculous.
Why not question something for a change?
