It looks like a reptile skin, possibly from the side of a crocodilian, or it's leg. A Komodo monitor might fit it as well

Ok, got it.

It's in Petersburg KY and it's a closeup of a patch of hide on one the Creation "Museum's" 6,000yo, bullshit dinosaurs.
