Almost at the very minute that Al Franken was declared the winner of the MI election, the slavering, conservative sludge-wits at FOX went into a round of verbal, self-flagellation, the like and intensity of which hasn't been heard since Noah was a bilge rat. I myself, am recovering from maniacal hysteria brought on by their agony. After Norm Coleman conceded the 2008 Minnesota Senate race to Al Franken (D), several Fox News hosts expressed bewilderment, disappointment, and denial about the outcome. For instance, Glenn Beck said of Franken's victory, "[I]t shows how crazy our country has gone." He added: "[I]t shows that we've lost our minds." Sean Hannity claimed that Franken is "not all there," and later claimed, "I, in my heart of hearts, do not believe that Al Franken won that election." And Brian Kilmeade said he's "in denial" about Franken, who he said was "barely sane." Gretchen Carlson responded to Kilmeade by again falsely claiming that Coleman "won in the original election."
As Media Matters for America has documented, Fox News personalities have repeatedly promoted baseless claims of fraud in the Minnesota race and claimed that there was a lack of impartiality in the recount process to accuse Franken of "stealing" the election. However, in its unanimous 5-0 ruling, the Minnesota Supreme Court stated that "[n]o claim of fraud in the election or during the recount was made by either party" and that "Coleman's counsel confirmed at oral argument that Coleman makes no claim of fraud on the part of either voters or election officials." The St. Paul Pioneer Press reported that experts said there was a "lack of crookedness in the election" and that Loyola Law School election law professor Rick Hasen "said the court's ruling Tuesday was so thorough that it also ruled out the possibility that either candidate -- or their lawyers -- could be accused of stealing the election."
| Further down, we have this pearl beyond price: On the July 1 edition of Fox & Friends, Kilmeade said to his co-hosts, "Just don't tell me Al Franken won until the end of the show." After Carlson noted that Franken won, Kilmeade said, "I'm in denial still." Kilmeade later said that Franken is "barely sane if you read his books, and quite angry in every facet of his life." When Kilmeade asked former Minnesotan Carlson to "explain yourself," Carlson said: "Excuse me, I'm under personal attack. I haven't lived there since I was 17, but I do still consider it home, and I have nothing to do with the political process there." | Oh dear, oh dear! Won't someone think of the children?
And there is more!
Edit: Franken is a clown, Inhofe is a joke!

Glenn Beck had a guest on his show openly wishing for Ossama to bomb the US.
Did Beck kick him out? Started crying at the idea of the country he 'loves so much' being hurt? Fat chance. He merely mentioned that, for this reason, Ossama will not do it.
Glenn Beck loves his country the same way than rapists love their victims.

Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there – on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. It's wonderful fun to watch these insane clowns blow all their gaskets while calling Al Franken an insane comedian. Even today's GOP is not as partisan as is FOX News.

If respect for someone can fall below zero Glenn Beck has achieved that with me when he was a guest on the view. Whoopie accused him of being a liar and Barbara got him to admit that he is nothing more than a Fox Noise reader. He sort of bumbled and mumbled his way through. But the next day he lashed back at them from the safety of his radio show. Where there was no opportunity for a response from the ladies. He is a spineless idiot. Even in the link provided by filthy he comes across as bumbling his way through expressing his thoughts. We would all benefit if he would simply disappear from the public airways. And some would become better informed. |

Coincidently: Why Glenn Beck Needs to Be Repeatedly Cock-Punched (Common Sense Edition): No, no, not because he's the Mormon mad hatter who pollutes the cesspool known as Fox "news" even more than Steve Doocy or Bill O'Reilly or Sean Hannity, like the e coli in the turds floating in the water. And not because he let go unchallenged the assertion by Michael Scheuer, oozing in the guest chair like a hairy cyst, that al-Qaeda needs to blow the shit out of Someplace, USA in order for the nation to see that paranoia and bugfuck militarization is the only path. And not because Beck's smug, pudgy face, like Karl Rove mated with a scrub brush, seems to demand routine beatings. | Ah Pundit, rudest of the rude, thy insight is as a hammer across a thumbnail -- you can't ignore it any more than you can enjoy it, unless, of course, it's someone else's thumb.
I didn't know Beck was a Latter Day Taint. I wonder do he wear the Sacred Skivvies.

And now it becomes no longer funny, but blantantly treasonous. One of the problems with trying to track the flood of wingnuttery emitted daily by Rush Limbaugh is that there's so much of it, and it's so ceaseless, that one becomes overwhelmed trying to keep up with it. But there's been a thread in his commentary this past week that's particularly dangerous, and it needs calling out.
It began on Monday, after the military coup in Honduras. Limbaugh went on the air and said this:
Limbaugh: So we've got hell breaking loose in Honduras. You know what we learned about Honduras? We learned the Obama administration tried to stop the coup. Now what was -- the coup was what many of you wish would happen here, without the military.
| This bloated piece of cesspool foulness, this raw turd who never had the small spark of courage to serve his country when he was called, has the unmitigated gall to suggest rebellion against that same country.
History is filled with Limbaugh's ilk; those who talk a good fight but when the blood starts to flow, they are nowhere to be seen. Unless, of course, they are hunted down and dealt with appropriately. There is a name for them: COWARDS!, and Limbaugh needs to bear in mind that many of those rabble-rousing cowards have been hunted down. And dealt with. Appropriately.

The statements, opinions and dire warnings of the Fox crew, Limbaugh, Beck and Dick Cheney seem to weirdly agree with the statements of Ben Laden, North Korea and the dingbat leaders of Iran. They all want America to fail. They're all in the same boat as for as I'm concerned.
With Limbaugh and the US rightwing its also a kind of tacit treason. They have a thinly veiled hope for very bad things to happen so they can launch their self-serving agendas. They really suck.
