Evidently, it's all too true...
But there is, for the moment anyway, a little glimmer of light shining through C Street's Hell's Cavern, illuminating some of the demons within. It strikes me as a little odd, though, that it took a few philandering dipshits to ignite the torch. But maybe it shouldn't be so surprising; all the national press is interested in, as far as the country's political discourse is concerned, is who is boinking whom on the side.

Thanks, Filthy! It was, of course, your informative posting about this outfit that inspired my little cartoon effort.
I suspect that, like cockroaches, the C Street denizens will scatter into dark and dank crevices. When you're plotting a conspiracy to overthrow the Constitution, public attention is anathema. There was a good reason that C Street kept itself secret for so long.
