The human population of about 2,000 on this autonomous peninsula consists entirely of adult males. No female humans are allowed to so much as visit, neither are female domestic animals allowed to live on, or visit, the peninsula.

That was quick! Congrats, you are right for two points, lorddix! It's a peninsula in Macedonia, Greece, also known as Mt. Athos.
