It just doesn't get much better than this.
Near the end of the hour is especially entertaining.

What brought that on? this. Original posting here.
Another example of this guy's lunacy here. |

Might you have a time stamp of the entertaining part, Iggy? I have it downloaded. No offense intended but I started to listen and I chose not to listen to a whole hour of that dribble, even if, "the end of the hour is especially entertaining". I'd sooner pray to the FSM or eat some pasta. SS |

Uncertainty may make you uncomfortable. Certainty makes you ridiculous.

| I truly honor you for your perseverance in the face of wingnut insanity. But some of us just can't handle that.
I personally find, just when I have decided that it's vital that people unrestrainedly point and laugh at the wingnuts/GOP (use logic-based ridicule and well-deserved humor, in other words), this also turns out to be the very time when I find my anger at them makes it harder than ever for me to do so.
The wingnuts are praying for, hinting at, and symbolically acting out portions of an assassination of President Obama. The President that the American people elected by a landslide, fair and square.
Though they're disgracefully disorganized, misled, and mismanaged now, I worry that the wingnuts are searching for the emergence of a new charismatic and Machiavellian Fascist leader who could overnight make their movement coalesce into a Brownshirt-like gang of thugs who might more effectively silence the majority of this struggling democracy.
So it's hard for me to laugh at them, even though I think that's the best tactic now (and if we are lucky, it may be enough). I know I'm either ahead of, or divorced from, reality in worrying so much, but I find myself wondering what we may have to do in the streets if the winguts and/or the Republican Party become a discipled, fully Fascist movement.
I wonder if anyone else shares my worries, or may care to share some assurances. Does anyone else find their own rising disgust/hate to be in conflict with using the humor which might damage the wingnuts?
