What on Earth? # 86: In Honor of a Woman

Hundreds of years ago, this beautiful building, its reflecting pond, and formal gardens were built by a powerful prince, to honor the memory of a woman he had loved.

For one point per question:

1. What's the name of this building?

2. Who built this, and who does it memorialize?

3. Where is this located?

That would be the Bibi-ka-Maqbara built by Prince Azham Sha as a tribute to his mother,Rabia Durrani, and located near Bengupura, India.

A series of fun one-liners about various pseudoscientific claims and, even better, a concise description of the scientific method - Ken Feder on Skeptic Friends Network from "Frauds, Myths and Mysteries"

OMG, correct, for three points! Congratulations, AnthroGeek!

And here I was, just drooling in anticipation of rudely slamming down anyone daring to identify this, the Bibi Ka Maqbara, as the Taj Mahal, of which it is essentially a half-scale near copy.
