I put this in Humor because that is where the clueless dwell. The beauty is that, being clueless, they often bring it out in public to amuse and even astonish us. This clueless lady is, I'm sure, well on her way to becoming an Internet icon and yet will remain happily clueless for all of that.
Um.... if at this late date you are not familiar with the slang definition of "teabagging," then you must paint up a sigh and join her; for you too are clueless.
